This form will register your child for a Free Trial Class. After you submit this form, you'll be forwarded to our very easy online scheduler where you'll be able to choose your child's free class time.

What Happens During a Trial Class?

One of our professional instructors will take your child through a series of safe, fun martial arts moves and activities. This gives both you and them an idea of what we do in our martial arts classes, and if you choose to enroll, will make sure they're ready to jump straight in!

Your child will have a blast feeling like a ninja with their new found physical skills. Plus, their instructor will help them understand how important mental and emotional skills like focus, discipline and determination are. Because the class is so much fun, your little one will love learning those importnat life skills!

During the Trial Class, you'll be able to determine if your child will benefit from developing physical skills like flexibility agility and strength, and even mental and emotional character traits such as increased perseverance and soaring self esteem.

What Happens After the Class?

If your child enjoys the class, you can enroll in our program. Your child will receive their Phoenix Arts uniform and start making new frinds and having a blast in their new class!
